We all have days when we are weary … weary of body, weary of spirit, weary of soul. We are weighed down by responsibilities, by guilt, by sin, by anxiety.

But as children of our Heavenly Father, we should be characterized as people at rest. God calls us to rest in Him, but how is that even possible? And trying to rest when we feel overwhelmed physically and spiritually can often bring guilt because we aren’t able to rest!

In this study, we are going to discover what the Word of God says about physical, emotional and spiritual rest. And my prayer is that it will be an encouragement and blessing to you, as it has been to me, leading to a heart at rest!

This kit includes a full devotional study booklet which includes 14 days of devotions.  When you spend one day in the devotional study and the following journaling in your bible, this kit will take you through an entire month. Inside the kit you will find a 4x6 stamp set to aid you in your journey through your bible. In addition to the devotional, the kit includes coordinating tip-in cards, three 4x6 clear sticker sheets, two coordinating fabric clips, a custom watercolor dot card, LOTS of paper pieces, buttons, a kit sticker, and a custom coordinated 4x8 alpha sticker sheet.
