Have you ever been in a club or other such organization?  With these, we describe ourselves as being “in” the organization or “on” the team. When you are in the organization, you become identified with it. You are one of the group. When doing things for or with this group, you represent the group. In many ways, what you think about yourself is rooted in the identity of this group.

But typically our involvement in these organizations is transient over the span of our lives. But there are some things that never fade. Most of us have a recognizable family that we are born into. We are “in” the family. But not all families are one’s you wish to identify with. Sometimes families may seem fleeting in our sin distorted world. But as a follower of Christ, you have been invited into a new family. You are in God’s family. You are “in” Christ.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come," (2 Corinthians 5:17). "For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith," (Galatians 3:26). This month we explore what it means to be “in Christ,” and explore what it means to be Identified by being in the family of Jesus.

This kit includes a full devotional study booklet which includes 14 days of devotions.  When you spend one day in the devotional study and the following journaling in your bible, this kit will take you through an entire month.  Inside the kit you will find a 4x6 stamp set to aid you in your journey through your bible.
